摘　　要：肥胖易导致糖尿病、高血压、脂质代谢紊乱、心血管疾病、代谢综合症与骨关节炎等并发症。肥胖与这些并发症之间的相互影响与相互恶化已造成了严峻的健康压力与经济负担。这一点导致了对肥胖及其并发症预防与治疗的复杂性、艰巨性,即我们不可能通过阻断这一系列疾病发展机制中的某一特定环节而达到切断肥胖及其诸多并发症之间的恶性循环,而是需要多方面的同时作用方可起效。对肥胖与其并发症具有一定疗效并以整体调节作用见长的针灸在该方面可以发挥一定的防治优势。Obesity contributes to a series of complications,such as diabetes,hypertensi-on,lipoids metabolic disturbance,cardiovascular disease,metabolism syndrome,ostarthritis,and so on.The interaction and aggravation between obesity and its complications have caused severe healthy pressure and economic burden,which also induced the complexity and difficulty of prevention and treatment.We can only achieve the goal of breaking the vicious cycle of obesity and its complications by working in multi-channel instead of blocking up a certain single link.Acupuncture,with the function of wholistic regulation,has strong point in the therapeutic effect for obesity and its complications.
