摘　　要：目的：建立满山红油中牻牛儿酮含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法：使用Eclipse XDB-C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相为65%乙腈水溶液,流速为1.0m l.m in-1;检测波长为210nm。结果：牻牛儿酮在0.1010~1.010μg范围内与其色谱峰面积线性关系良好r=0.9996,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.0%。结论：本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于满山红油中牻牛儿酮含量的测定。Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determination of germacrone in the Oleum Rhododendri daurici.Methods：The determination was performed on Eclipse XDB-C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） with mobile phase of 65% acetonitrile.The velocity of flow was 1.0ml/min and detection wavelength at 210nm.Results：Excellent linear range of germacrone is from 0.101 0μg to 1.010μg.（r=0.999 6）.The average recovery was 100.1% with 0.10% RSD（n=9）.Conclusion：The method is accurate,convenient and reproducible,can be used for the determination of germacrone in Oleum Rhododendri daurici.
