补肾宁促卵泡发育的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾宁治疗肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症患者促卵泡发育及排卵的临床疗效。方法:将肾虚型卵泡发育障碍性不孕症患者随机分为治疗组(25例)与对照组(23例),治疗组采用补肾中药补肾宁治疗,对照组采用克罗米芬治疗。结果:补肾宁治疗肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症的综合临床疗效及临床症状疗效明显优于克罗米芬(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组对内分泌水平及促卵泡发育均有改善作用,但前者对卵泡的改善治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05);结论:补肾宁治疗肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕症患者疗效明显高于克罗米芬治疗。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effection which BuShenNing（BSN）decoction cure the deficiency of the kidney type patients for promoting obstacle barrenness urges a follicle to develop and ovulates.Methods：The patients were divided into two groups randomly： curing group by BuShenNing（BSN）decoction treating（25 examples） and contrasting group by clomifene treating（23 examples）,Results：The clinical synthetical BuShenNing（BSN）decoction curative effect and the clinical symptoms curative effect are obvious better than that clomifene（P0.05）.The treatment group and the control group internal secretion level and press the follicle growth to have the improvement function,but the former surpasses the control group to follicle＇s improvement treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusions：BSN to treat kidney empty ovulation barrier sterility patient curative effect is higher than clomifene.
