云南白药、阿莫西林、甲氰咪胍联合用药治疗消化道溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨云南白药加阿莫西林和甲氰咪胍治疗消化道溃疡的疗效。方法:有目的的收治符合消化道溃疡患者110例,边收治边随机分为治疗组(云南白药,阿莫西林和甲氰咪胍)和对照组(洛赛克,甲氰咪胍和阿莫西林),治疗6周,观察其治愈率、有效率和随访2年复发率。结果:治疗组在治愈率、有效率和2年复发率均优于对照组。结论:云南白药在治疗消化道溃疡上作用明显。Objective： To evaluate the effect of combination of Yunnanbaiyao,amoxicillin and cimetidine in treating peptic ulcer.Method： 110 peptic ulcer patients were divided into treatment group（Yunnanbaiyao,amoxicillin and cimetidine） and control group（omeprazole,amoxicillin and cimetidine） randomly and were treated for 6 weeks,and the effects of both groups were observed.The cases were followed up in 2 years.Result： the cure rate and effect rate of treatment group are higher than the control group,and recurrence rate is lower than the control group.Conclusion： Yunnanbaiyao is very effective in treating peptic ulcer.
