摘　　要：针对日益庞大的视频数据库,特定信息的检索变得越来越困难,要进行视频检索,首先要对视频进行分段,为此文章设计了一个视频分段播放系统。For the increasingly large video database, specific information retrieval becomes increasingly difficult to conduct video retrieval, we must first video segmentation, this paper designed a video sub-playback system.
