摘  要:研究了固溶、时效对挤压变形电磁连铸AZ61镁合金组织性能的影响。结果表明,挤压可以显著细化AZ61镁合金电磁连铸铸锭组织,使铸锭性能得到大幅度提高。经过热挤压的AZ61(EMC)镁合金中几乎不存在β-Mg17Al12相,挤压锭固溶处理后的组织晶粒长大。时效处理后,合金中出现不连续析出和连续析出的β-Mg17Al12相,使得合金的抗拉强度和硬度得到了一定程度的提高,而伸长率略有降低。Effects of solid solution,ageing on microstructure and properties of as-extruded electromagnetic continuous casting AZ61 billets were investigated. The results show that properties of the electromagnetic continuous casting AZ61 magnesium alloy billets are greatly improved as a result of obvious refinement of grain size by extrusion. Absence of β-Mg17Al12 phase in as-extruded EMC AZ61 magnesium alloy can be observed. Grain size becomes coarse in the as-extruded ingot after solid solution. After ageing treatment,discontinuous and continuous precipitated β-Mg17Al12 phase appears in the alloy again,which results in the improvement of tensile strength and hardness to some extent and slight decrease of elongation.
