摘 要:采用消失模铸渗工艺制造表面复合材料铸钢,研究了铸渗用耐磨涂料的组成。结果表明,耐磨涂料的主要固体组分(体积分数)为:55%~65%的WC(粒度为0.34mm),8%的铬铁(Fe-60Cr),1%的添加剂,余量为可挥发性聚苯乙烯(EPS)颗粒。测试了铸渗层的布氏硬度,并在ML-100型磨粒磨损试验机上测试了铸渗层的耐磨性。结果显示,铸渗层的硬度是基体的1.7倍,耐磨性是基体的2.8倍以上。通过对耐磨涂料的组成分析及铸渗层的组织观察,说明了铸渗层硬度及耐磨性提高的原因。WC/cast steel surface composites were prepared by lost foam casting-infiltration technology. Composition of wear resistant coating during cast-infiltration was analyzed. The results reveal that the desirable wear resistant coating is composed of 55%~65% WC particle (grain size of 0.34 mm),8% Cr-Fe,1% additive and 26%~36% EPS particle. The Brinell hardness of infiltrated layer was examined,and wear resistance of the coating layer was tested on ML-100 attrition machine. The results indicate the hardness and wear resistance of the infiltrated layer are 1.7 times and over 2.8 times higher than those of the matrix,respectively. Through composition analysis and microstructural observation,the improvement of hardness and wear resistance of infiltrated later was described.
