摘　　要：论述了可膨胀套管(SET)的技术意义、经济效益及其在国外的发展情况,简介了3种常用SET系统—裸眼可膨胀尾管(OHL)系统、套管井可膨胀尾管(CHL)系统和可膨胀尾管悬挂器(ELH),详细阐述了可膨胀套管的力学机理和膨胀锥体的设计结构、膨胀过程力学状态、膨胀力计算分析等几个关键技术问题,介绍了国内对可膨胀套管的应用研究,指出可膨胀套管技术的开发必将进一步促进我国HFW焊管的技术创新和结构调整。This article expatiated technical meaning,economic efficiency and overseas development briefing of expandable casing,introduced three kinds of SET system,OHL,CHL and ELH.It detailedly expatiated mechanical mechanism of expandable casing and several key problems,such as design structure of expansion cone,mechanical state during expansion and calculating expansibility.It introduced application and research status of expanding casing in China,pointed out developing expandable casing technology will further promote technology innovation and structure adjustment of HFW pipe.
