摘  要:研究了不同加钛方式和钛含量对A356合金常温低周疲劳性能的影响,并对低周疲劳实验数据进行了可靠性分析。结果表明,A356合金的低周疲劳寿命对加钛方式不敏感,其疲劳寿命仅受合金中钛含量的影响,如果合金中钛含量相近,则两种加钛方式A356合金的低周疲劳寿命差别不大。无论是电解加钛合金还是熔配加钛合金,钛含量为0.10%的A356合金具有较低的屈服强度,从而导致其较钛含量为0.14%的A356合金具有更优异的低周疲劳性能。The effects of Ti-alloying methods and Ti contents on the low-cycle fatigue (LCF) behaviors of A356 alloys at room temperature were investigated, and the reliability of LCF experimental datum was analyzed. It is found that, the LCF life of A356 alloy is insensitive to the Tialloying methods, and is only influenced by the Ti contents in the alloys. If the Ti contents are equivalent, there is no obvious difference for the LCF life of A356 alloys with two Ti-alloying methods. Whether alloyed by electrolytic or melted with Al-Ti master alloy, A356 alloy with 0. 10 (mass.) % Ti content exhibits the lower yield strength, which results in the better LCF properties in comparison with those of A356 alloys with 0.14 (mass.) % Ti content.
