摘　　要：介绍了便捷移动式压铸模的结构特点、工作原理,强调了其在应对小批量生产或试生产时所具有的独特优势,是一种可规避风险,且投资少、生产周期短、收效快的简捷压铸工艺。它所获得的铸件具有与卧式压铸模铸件同等的效果,但其制造成本仅与金属浇注模相当。因此,它不失为中、小型企业压铸模设计时值得关注的一种结构选择。This paper introduces and analyzes the structure feature and operational principle of mobile die casting mold and it＇s advantages for small amount or trial productions. So the mobile die casting mold is suitable for simple and precise casting process of low investment, short production cycle and fast effect. The castings have the same characteristics as those produced by the horizontal die casting, but its manufacturing cost is equivalent with the metal mold process. So that the mobile casting die is a good selection in the small and medium sized enterprises.
