摘 要:简要分析了电解铝液的特点和生产铝加工坯料存在的一些不足之处,特别是产品的夹渣和气孔缺陷不容忽视。针对目前常规的工艺,提出了增加炉前铝熔体净化处理的工艺方案;介绍了国内外铝熔体净化方法,通过炉前、炉内、炉外的各项净化处理,以及熔炼过程各项工艺的严格控制,熔体的洁净度得到明显提高。用铸轧板压延的产品从原来的厚度为0.35~1.2mm延伸到现在的0.026mm箔材。The authors analyzed the shortages and special feature of making AI rolling ingot directly from electrolysis aluminum liquid, especially focus on the inclusions and poresity defects in the final products which could not be ignored. According to the present conventional process, the purification technology in front furnace was put forward. Some purification technologies at domestic and abroad were also introduced. The degree of purification of AI liquid got raised obviously by restricted process controlling and several purifying methods performed in furnace and on production line. Thickness of plates produced by rolling reduced from original 0.35- 1.2 mm to the foil of 0. 026 mm now.
