家兔全身动脉铸型标本的制作

摘　　要：目的通过制作家兔全身动脉铸型标本来显示实验用兔的血管分布,为教学、科研提供直观的血管铸型标本。方法以家兔为研究对象,按照麻醉、左心室插管、灌注铸型剂、腐蚀冲洗、修洁、封装保存等步骤制作家兔全身动脉铸型标本。结果制作好的家兔动脉铸型标本肢体血管和脏器血管成型饱满、疏密有度,能充分显示家兔全身动脉的走行路径。结论家兔全身动脉铸型标本的制作与其它动物的动脉铸型标本有明显不同,且铸型效果与插管部位的选择有关。Objective To show the blood vessel distribution of the rabbit,the cast form of systemic arteries were made,which is benefit to teaching and research.Methods In order to acquire the cast form,we take the rabbit as object and take several steps such as anaesthesia,the left ventricle intubation,dabble,rinse,repairs and preserve etc.Results A good cast form of systemic arteries should have well-stacked shaping and adapted density,which can fully reveal the systemic arteries of rabbits.Conclusion The produce of rabbits＇ vessel cast form is different from other animals,and the result is relevant to the choice of infusion site.
