摘  要:以砀山酥梨为材料,用10个品种的单一花粉和1个混合花粉进行授粉处理,研究不同授粉品种对砀山酥梨萼片宿存及果实品质的影响。结果表明:不同授粉品种对砀山酥梨果实坐果率、脱萼率、硬度、果型指数、可溶性固形物、石细胞含量等指标的影响显著,而对单果重和可滴定酸等影响较小。在11个授粉处理中,混合花粉授粉的砀山酥梨花序脱萼率最高,为46.5%,且连续2年表现稳定,各项品质指标均表现较好;而单一花粉授粉的砀山酥梨脱萼率受环境影响较大,脱萼率较高且品质较好的授粉品种是喜水、丰水和早黄金。The calyx-Abscission rate and fruit quality of pear variety "Dangshansu" were studied by using the single pollen of 10 varieties and 1 mixed pollen as pollinizers.The results showed that the pollen xenia had obvious effects on fruit-shape index,number of mature seeds,hardness,sclereid and total soluble solids,while it had no obvious effects on single fruit mass and titratable acid content.Among 11 pollination treatments,"Dangshansu" pear pollinated by the mixed pollen had stable and the highest calyx-Abscission rate(46.5%) of inflorescence,and had excellent fruit quality.Environment had great effects on the calyx-Abscission rate of "Dangshansu" pear pollinated by single pollen."Dangshansu" pear pollinated by the single pollen of Xisui,Hosui and Hangkeumbae had higher calyx-Abscission rate of inflorescence and better fruit quality.
