摘　　要：应用逻辑框架法的原理,对影响淮海公寓的修缮项目的内外部因素进行分析,明确项目改造的主要目标群体,综合其对修缮的诉求,按照既保留原有风格又满足节能保温的要求,在经济性合理的基础上,确定了最终的改造目标、改造方案与相关工艺。By applying principles of logic framework method,we analyze the internal and external factors which have impacts on the repair project of Huaihai Apartment,make clear major target groups for the project transformation and summarize their appeals on the repair.According to the requirement that the original style should be maintained and energy saving and heat preservation should be guaranteed,and on the basis of economic rationality,we determine the final target for transformation,transformation scheme and relevant techniques.
