水通道蛋白研究进展

摘　　要：水通道蛋白广泛存在于生物体中的各组织部位,影响着生物机体水代谢的过程,随着分子生物学技术的进步,对水通道蛋白的基础研究已经比较深入和成熟.对水通道蛋白的研究情况进行概要综述,目的在于利用水通道蛋白研究的基础成果,阐释临床水代谢障碍类疾病的发病机理及提供可能的解决思路.Aquaporins widely exist in every tissue compartment of organism which influences the process of water metabolism of organism.With the advancement of biologic technologies,basic researches on aquaporin have been further deepened and become mature.Recent researches on aquaporin were summarized in order to utilize these research achievements to explain pathogenesis of diseases when disturbance of water metabolism appear and to propose resolving ways.
