摘　　要：近年来,我国钢铁行业引进和发展了多条宽带钢热轧机组,目前国内已经建成大型宽带钢热轧机组（1 780~2 300 mm）37条;随着设备服役年限的增加,各部件出现不同程度的磨损和失效而进入维修期。本文从堆焊材料和堆焊工艺两个方面入手,论述大型宽带热轧机组立辊（轧边辊）的堆焊修复技术。经应用表明,修复后立辊寿命提高2.5倍以上,说明这一技术的研发思路是正确的。In recent years,the steel industry of our country has introduced and developed several hot wide strip mill units,totaling 37 large-scale hot wide strip mill units（1 780～2 300 mm） at home so far;With the increasing of equipment service life,all the parts or components have shown different degree of wear and failure,thus entering the maintenance period in succession.The paper describes the overlay welding technique for vertical roll of large scale hot wide strip mill unit for two aspects,i.e.,overlay welding material and overlay welding process.The application result shows that the service life of the vertical roll has been improved by 2.5 times than that of the original vertical roll,proving the correctness of the development approach of this technique.
