摘 要:针对坦克执行实弹射击任务前需要检验评估武器系统健康状态的要求,提出了一种基于人工后坐和虚拟仪器技术对火炮反后坐装置技术状况进行在线检测的方法。通过分析影响火炮反后坐装置性能的主要因素,确定反映反后坐装置功能状况的技术参数,并通过PXI组成的采集系统,对坦克火炮检测数据结果进行处理和分析,确定反后坐装置的技术状态。试验结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。Aimed at that it is necessary to inspect and evaluate the health state of weapon system before the tank gun executes the fire task,a kind of method based on artificial recoil and virtual instrument technology was proposed to on-line inspect the technical state of tank gun recoil mechanism.The technical parameters to reflect the functional state of recoil mechanism were defined with the help of analyzing the main factors that have influence on capability of tank gun recoil mechanism.Through the collection system composed of PXI,the tank gun was tested.By means of process and analysis of tested data results,the technical state of recoil mechanism was fixed.The test results inspect and verify the feasibility and validity of the method.
