辽宁省青少年网球运动员比赛流畅心理状态影响因素探析

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、心理测量法、数理统计法等用自编《流畅心理状态影响因素问卷》对辽宁省青少年网球运动员进行测量。分析影响流畅状态的因素以及因素的作用机制,为今后辽宁青少年网球运动员训练和控制比赛流畅心理状态提供理论参考。研究结果表明:辽宁省青少年网球运动员流畅状态的影响因素有九个因子:它们分别是良好的心理动力因子、技战术因子、客观外界环境因子、运动经验因子、赛前准备因子、最佳体验因子、合理评价因子、关键分因子和配合因子。建议对运动员技能训练的同时加大心理训练力度,借鉴相应的心理训练方法或配备专业的心理训练专家,上级主管部门应定期组织教练员接受心理学的培训。This study adopts the documentary data,psychological measurement method,mathematical statistics method to measure adolescent tennis players in Liaoning province.It analyzes the adolescent tennis players＇ flow psychological state characteristics and ranks according to score from high to low.It compares the adolescent tennis players＇ flow psychological state characteristics in Liaoning province in the aspect of different gender,age,different training length and different exercise levels.So it can provide theoretical references for the adolescent tennis players＇ training and controlling flow match psychological state.The results show that： 1.The adolescent tennis players＇ flow psychological state in Liaoning province is in the middle level.2.In terms of gender,male athletes in scoring is higher than female athletes,so male athletes can get more flow feel in the match.3.The athletes who have elder age,longer training time and higher sports level get more scores in several characteristic indexes,so they have higher confidence in their own athletic skills levels,higher level of automation control,and better control for the match.It is suggested that both athletes＇ skill training and psychological training should be increased,draw lessons from psychological training methods and allocate corresponding professional psychological training experts.Superior departments should organize regular psychology trainings for the coaches.
