郴州市公务员体质状况与体育锻炼情况的研究

摘　　要：运用测量法、问卷调查法等方法对郴州市公务员体质健康状况与体育锻炼情况进行了研究.结果表明,郴州市公务员体质状况综合评定的合格率较好,但优秀率只有32.3%;体育锻炼情况不容乐观,体育人口仅为11.89%.建议加强宣传引导,提高健身意识;推行体质测试,建立健康档案;普及健身项目,引导公务员科学健身.The use of literature,questionnaire,methods such as measurement of Chenzhou City,Civil Service Health Status and Physical Exercise conducted a survey and analysis.The results show that the physical condition of Chenzhou City General assessment of the civil service is better,but only 32.3% in good state,its population was only 11.89% PE,the physical exercise is also not optimistic.
