浅谈尚法理念在和谐社会中的价值取向

摘　　要：和谐社会的构建根植于人类对于幸福生活的憧憬与期待,并最终以人类幸福的实现为归宿。在这个过程中,离不开尚法理念的精神指引。尚法理念是指人们基于对法律的认同、尊重和信赖并心悦诚服地服从,从而达到法实现人类幸福这一终极目标的理想信念。其价值基础包括创立"良法"等外在基础和法律知识基础、法情感基础、法思维基础等内在基础。A harmonious society built up a life of happiness in human vision and expectations,and ultimately settled in the realization of human happiness.In this process,the idea of uoholding the law is still guided by the spirit.Law philosophy is that people still refer to the law based on the recognition,respect and trust,and willingly obey the law so as to achieve the ultimate goal of the ideals and beliefs.The basis of its value includes the creation of good law and extrinsic base,the basic legal knowledge,law emotional foundation,and the foundation of thinking within the basic law.
