摘　　要：目的:探讨40例肺血栓栓塞症患者使用爱通立溶栓治疗的护理。方法:使用爱通立溶栓治疗肺血栓栓塞症,并在溶栓前、中、后实施全程护理。结果:40例患者中显效15例,有效20例,无效5例。无1例出现严重的并发症。结论:应用爱通立溶栓疗效好,可减少并发症,提高患者存活率,改善患者的预后。Objective：To study the nursing of 40 patients with pulmonary thromboembolism treated by Actilyse intravenous thrombolysis. Methods：Whole - course nursing care was performed during Actilyse intravenous thrombolysis for pulmonary thromboembolism. Resuhs：15 cases were significantly effectire, 20 cases were effectual and 5 cases were unfruitful. No severe surgical complications was oberseve. Conclusion：The treatment of Actilyse for pulmonary thromboembolism was effective with decreasing complications and improving survival rate. Accurate preoperative preparation ,perfect nursing care and careful observation of disease development have significant sense for increase medical care qualify.
