摘 要:应用溶胶凝胶法,以氯化锰和钛酸丁酯为原料制备了前躯体,前躯体在500℃、焙烧3小时条件下制备了不同浓度掺杂锰的TiO2纳米粉体。采用XRD、SEM、EDS、UV-VIS等分析手段对样品的物相、形貌、成分和吸光性能进行了表征,并且以亚甲基蓝溶液为模拟污染物在阳光下进行了光催化实验。结果表明,样品主要为锐钛矿相二氧化钛及少量的金红石型二氧化钛;样品呈颗粒状,有一定程度的团聚;锰掺杂样品的吸收光谱红移至440nm;光催化实验表明锰掺杂可以改善TiO在可见光波段的光催化性能。The precursor was prepared from MnCl2 and tetrabutyl-titanate by sol-gel methods.The different manganese concentrations doped TiO2 powders were obtained by calcining the precursor for 3 hours. The phase, morphology, composition and spectral absorption properties of the powder were characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS, UV-Vis etc. The photo catalytic experiments were carried out under sunlight with methylene-blue solution as a simulated pollutant. The results showed that the samples were mainly anatase titanium dioxide with a small amount of rutile-type titanium dioxide; The samples were granular with a certain degree of aggregation;The absorption spectra of Mn-doped samples red shifted to 440nm.Photo-catalytic experiments indicated that manganese doping could improve the photo catalytic properties of TiO2 in the visible light range.
