摘  要:探索大学生预见就业风险认知心理特点,可为就业心理指导提供依据.运用大学生预见就业风险认知问卷对1 295名大学生进行测量,结果表明大学生预见就业风险认知的特征蕴含着2个潜在变量:重要性和不可控性.女大学生对求职风险、市场需求风险和从业风险3个因素比男大学生具有更高的认知水平(P<0.01).理工科大学生对求职风险因素比文科大学生具有更高的认知水平(P<0.01);一年级和三年级大学生对求职风险因素比四年级大学生具有更高的认知水平(P<0.05).大学生预见就业风险认知具有高"重要性"、低"不可控性"的特征,不同群体大学生具有不同的预见就业风险认知水平.Investigation of undergraduates' psychological characteristics of perception of uncertainty of foreseen employment can supply evidence for employment psychological instruction.The questionnaire of perception of uncertainty of foreseen employment for undergraduates is used to measure 1295 university students' characteristics.The result shows that they contain two latent variables: importance and uncontrollability.In regard to the three factors of job application risks,market demand risks and job risks,female undergraduates have higher cognitive levels than male(p0.01).In regard to the factor of job application risks,science undergraduates have higher cognitive levels than arts undergraduates(p0.01),and freshmen and third-year students have higher cognitive levels than the fourth-year students(p0.05).Perception of uncertainty of foreseen employment of undergraduates has the characteristics of high "importance",low "uncontrollability".Levels of perception of uncertainty of foreseen employment among different groups of undergraduates vary.
