四甲基丙烯酸季戊四醇酯、三甲基丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷酯的合成与分析

摘　　要：以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂，对苯二酚为阻聚剂，采用酸醇直接酯化法合成了四甲基丙烯酸季戊四醇酯和三甲基丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷酯。研究了酸醇比、催化剂和阻聚剂的用量、通入空气量以及反应温度、反应时间等因素对酯化反应的影响。采用续加溶剂（带水剂）的方法控制反应温度。所得产物颜色较浅，纯度及收率较高。并对产物进行了ＧＣ、ＩＲ、１ＨＮＭＲ、ＭＳ分析。Pentaerythritol tetramethacrylate and trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate were synthesized by direct esterification process when p-methylbenzene sulfonic was used as catalyst and p-dihydroxybenzene was used as antipolymerization agent. The effects of the ratio of acid to alcohol, the amount of catalyst and antipolymerization agent, the amount of air in reaction temperature and time on the esterification were studied. The reaction temperature was controlled through batch wise addition of solvent (water-removing agent). The product with light color, high purity and high yield was obtained and it was analysized by GCIR1HNMRMS.
