摘　　要：[目的]探讨老年人胆道结石经十二指肠镜取石的临床疗效及围术期护理。[方法]回顾性分析52例老年胆道结石病人行十二指肠镜胆道取石的临床资料。[结果]52例病人全部治愈,其中2例术后并发胰腺炎经治疗后痊愈,1例行第2次取石。[结论]十二指肠镜下治疗胆管结石,疗效好,风险小,细心的观察及护理,可减少并发症,促进病人早日康复。Objective：To probe into the clinical effect of elderly patients accepting biliary tract calculi extraction under duodenoscope,all cases were closely observed and preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing care had been given.The operative coordination and nursing experience of them were summarized.Methods：Clinical data of 52 elderly patients accepted biliary tract calculi extraction under duodenoscope were analyzed retrospectively.Results：All 52 patients have been cured.Two cases developed postoperative pancreatitis and recovered after treatment.Only one case accepted the second time biliary tract calculi extraction.Conclusion：The treatment of biliary tract calculi extraction under duodenoscope have good efficacy.It has low risk.Through careful observation and nursing care,it reduced complications.It can promote early recovery of patients.
