超声诊断卵巢肿瘤的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨超声图像对卵巢肿瘤诊断和鉴别诊断的价值。方法应用超声显像检测卵巢肿瘤的声像图特征,并与手术病理诊断作对照。结果超声诊断卵巢囊肿95例,99个肿瘤,与手术病理诊断符合率为95.7%(91/95);卵巢囊腺瘤77例,82个肿瘤,超声诊断符合率为93.5%(72/77);卵巢畸胎瘤121例,131个肿瘤,超声诊断符合率为91.7%(111/121);卵巢实质性肿瘤27例,29个肿瘤,其中良性15例,恶性12例,超声诊断符合率为59.0%(16/27)。结论超声图像对卵巢良性肿瘤的诊断符合率较高,具有重要诊断价值,对卵巢癌的诊断缺乏可靠的依据,对卵巢微小癌的诊断有待于进一步研究。Objective Discusses the supersonic image to the tumor ovarii diagnosis and the differential diagnosis value.Methods Applies the ultrasonoscopy examination tumor ovarii the acoustic image chart characteristic,and makes the comparison with the surgery pathological diagnosis.Results The ultrasound diagnosis ovarian cysts 95 examples,99 tumors,with the surgery pathological diagnosis coincidence rate are 95.7%（91/95）;The ovary cystic adenoma 77 examples,82 tumors,the ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate is 93.5%（72/77）;The ovary teratoma 121 examples,131 tumors,the ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate is 91.7%（111/121）;Ovary substantive tumor 27 examples,29 tumors,the benign 15 examples,the malignant 12 examples,the ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate is 59.0%（16/27）.Conclusion The supersonic image is high to the ovary benign tumor＇s diagnosis coincidence rate,has the important diagnosis value,lacks the reliable basis to ovarian cancer＇s diagnosis,waits for to the ovary small cancer＇s diagnosis further studies.
