摘　　要：本实验探讨了胚胎移植过程中洗胚对胚胎质量的影响。实验对象是KM鼠,对实验(不洗胚)组和对照(洗胚)组进行比较,结果显示实验组受体鼠产仔率为30.3%,对照组受体鼠产仔率为23.0%,实验组明显高于对照组,卡方检验P<0.05,有统计学意义。从而得出移植过程中的洗胚对胚胎质量有一定影响的结论。This study explored the effects of embryo washing on embryo quality in the embryo transfer process.The experimental subject was KM mice.Compared to experimental（Non-embryo washing） group and control（embryo washing） group,the result showed that the total birth rate of the experimental group was 30.3%,and the total birth rate of control group was 23.0%,which was lower than the experimental group＇s.Chi-square test showed P0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Then we draw a conclusion that the embryo washing in the transfer process affects embryo quality in a degree.
