帮备(盐酸班布特罗)辅助治疗支原体肺炎87例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸班布特罗治疗支原体肺炎引起的痉咳的疗效。方法采用随机双盲对照试验,治疗组87例(在常规治疗基础上口服盐酸班布特罗口服液)和对照组80例(仅行常规治疗)治疗5天、1周后进行临床疗效对比。结果治疗组在临床症状好转明显优于对照组。结论盐酸班布特罗口服液辅助治疗支原体肺炎痉咳有显著疗效,且安全、方便。Objective Observed the efficacy of bambuterol hydrochloride in treatment of a spasm of coughing caused by mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Using a randomized double-blind controlled trial,Treatment group 87 cases（the use of oral bambuterol based on the conventional treatment）and control group 80 cases（conventional treatment）were treated for 5 days and 7days.Their clinical efficacy were compared.Results The clinical symptoms of the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Bambuterol hydrochloride adjuvant treated a spasm of coughing caused by mycoplasma pneumonia significantly better than the control group.Bambuterol hydrochloride is safety and convenience.
