玻璃纤维桩在修复残冠残根中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃纤维桩在残根残冠修复中的应用效果。方法选择64例患者的80颗残冠残根为研究对象,80颗残冠残根经过完善的根管治疗后,选择玻璃纤维桩和复合树脂进行粘结,形成纤维桩树脂核,恢复基牙外形并进行全冠修复。结果经过6个月～2年的随访观察,80颗牙中77颗修复效果良好,无异常,3颗因纤维桩脱落失败,无根折、桩折现象,修复成功率为96.25%,修复效果满意。结论玻璃纤维桩在残冠残根的修复治疗中,能达到良好的修复效果。Objective To study the clinical effects of glass fiber posts on restored in the residual roots and crowns in multirooted teeth.Methods 80 multirooted residual teeth of 64 patients were endodontically treated and restored by glass fiber core and crowns followed up for 6 months-2 years.Results 77 cases were satisfactory,only 3 cases appeared loose and gingivitis.The storation ratio reached 96.25%.Conclusion The restorations of glass fiber posts used in multirooted molars had more better effects.
