摘  要:研究了3种湿热方式作用下ZnO压敏电阻器的性能劣化规律,以及环氧粉末的固化条件的影响。分析与讨论了湿热联合作用下ZnO压敏电阻器受潮机理,以及温度和压力在湿热劣化过程中的加速作用。The electrical properties of ZnO varistors packed with epoxy powder will deteriorate under the conditions of moisture and heat。 The electrical deterioration rules of ZnO varistors under three moisture heat modes were studied, the different results of the three modes were contrasted, and the influence of the curing condition of the epoxy powder on the deterioration was also studied。 The wetting processes of ZnO varistors packed with epoxy powder under the conditions of moisture and heat and the acceleration of temperature and pressure have been analyzed。 It was found that in the process of the moisture heat deterioration, temperature can play a more important role than pressure。
