摘  要:以尿素为扩链剂,合成了一系列聚氨酯脲热塑性弹性体及其硬段模型化合物。通过对聚氨酯脲及其硬段模型化合物的结构与性能的研究,发现这种体系有高相分离程度、高氢键密度的特点,并暗示了三维氢键网络结构的存在。这些结构特征使这种新型结构的聚氨酯具有高强度、高弹性、高断裂延伸率等力学特性。Four hard segment model compounds were prepared from Urea and 4,4′ diphenylmenthane diisocyanante(MDI). And two new segmented poly(urethaneureas) were prepared from poly(tetramethylene glycol)(PTMG) or polyadipate of 1,4 butanediol(PBA), MDI and Urea(as chain extender). Studied on structure and properties of the hard segment model compounds and segmented poly(urethaneureas) with FT IR, DSC, WAXD, TG, et al, it can be found that high degree of micro phase separation and high hydrogen bonds density in these segmented poly(urethaneureas). The mechanical properties of these new poly(urethaneureas) were far more better than ordinary polyurethane and poly(urethaneureas). The three dimensional hydogen bonds net works were found in the hard segment domains. And it is suggested that using a chain extender with one or more urea carbonyl is a new method of improving the properties of poly(urethaneureas).
