摘 要:微波作为一种新的能源,用以引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)单体的本体聚合反应。聚合物可以在较短时间内获得,聚合转化率随微波功率的增大而增大,诱导期及反应时间随之而减少。聚合产物的特性粘度及分子量与常规加热产物相比并无明显差别。The effect of the electric field power and the initiator concentration on conversion was investigated. Meanwhile, the intrinsic viscosity and the viscosity average molecular weight was tested. The polymer was obtained in a very short time, and there were no obvious differences in the intrinsic viscosity and molecular weight between by conductive heating activated reactions and by the use of microwave source. The reaction mechanism need researching further.
