摘 要:通过红外波谱、凝胶渗透色谱等方法测定了橡碗栲胶氧化降解产物的官能基、分子量及分 布,证明它是一类多元酚羧酸钠盐的混合体系,其分子量随氧化程度的增加而降低。研究了降 解产物的缓冲性能、与皮胶原的反应能力(收敛性)及在制革过程中作为中和复鞣剂的作用机 理。证明当氧化剂用量为 21%时,降解产物中分子量为 188~ 327的组分占 81. 2%, 328~ 760的 组分占15,6%,这时产物具有极好的中和复鞣性能,可显著提高成革的质量。The functional groups and molecular weight distributions of oxidization degradation products of valonea tannins were elucidated by IR and GPC analyses. Sodium poly-phenolcarboxylate structures of the degradated products were confirmed. Furthermore the buffering property, the reactivity with collagen (astringency) and the possibility of using the products as neutralizing retanning agent in leather-making were studied. It was observed that the product degradated by 21 % oxidizing agent, 96. 8% of which has molecular weight of 188 ~ 760, is of excellant neutralizing retanning agent for improving leather quality. The practical applications of the product was established.
