贲门癌切除食管胃膈下吻合术32例的临床资料分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨贲门癌切除食管胃膈下吻合术的疗效。方法:回顾性分析本院2009～2010年行贲门癌切除食管胃膈下吻合术的患者的临床资料。结果:32例患者行贲门癌切除食管胃膈下吻合术后,效果满意,无术后30d死亡病例;无术后严重并发症。结论:贲门癌切除食管胃膈下吻合术临床治疗有效,值得推广。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of subdiaphragmatic esophagus and stomach cardia resection anastomosis. Methods： The clinical date of 32 patients treated by the subdiaphragmatic esophagus and stomach cardia resection anastomosis from 2009 to 2010 in our hospital retrospectively was analyzed.Results：32 patients underwent resection anastomosis of the subdiaphragmatic esophagus and stomach cardia, with no deaths in 30 days after operation,and no serious complications after operation.Conclusion：The resection of esophagus and stomach cardia subdiaphragmatic anastomosis is the effective way for treating of cardiac cancer,and worthy for promotion.
