盐酸氨溴索注射剂与10种常用药物的配伍禁忌

摘　　要：目的观察室温下不同浓度盐酸氨溴索注射剂与临床常用10种注射药物配伍后的变化。方法用5%葡萄糖注射液将盐酸氨溴索和10种临床常用药物配成不同浓度后进行配伍,观察配伍前后的外观及pH值变化。结果高浓度盐酸氨溴索注射液与10种药物配伍后,有混浊产生。结论高浓度盐酸氨溴索注射液不能与头孢哌酮钠、头孢匹胺钠、呋塞米等注射同瓶配伍使用。Objective To observe the compatibility between ambroxol hydrochloride injection and ten kinds of medicine. Methods To prepare different concentration of ambroxol hydrochloride injection and ten kinds of medicine use 5% GS. To observe the change of appearance and pH. Results There are precipitation in mixed liquid of high concentration anabrnxol hydrochloride and ten kinds of medicine. Conclusion High concentration ambroxol hydrochloride can not be compatible in same bottle with cefoperazone,cefpiramide, turosemide etc.
