镀铅锡合金添加剂的研究进展

摘　　要：比较详细地总结回顾了镀铅锡合金添加剂的研究结果。先叙述了近10年来国内外镀铅锡合金添加剂的研究概况,然后列举了典型添加剂、配方、操作条件。最后,对选择添加剂应注意的问题提出了意见,供电镀工作者参考。Studies on plating Pb/Su alloy are reviewed in. The development of Pb/Su alloy advance both at home and abroad in the last decade is first outlined. After that illustrate with examples typical advance and recipes,and their working conditions. Five suggestions regarding the selection of advance and technology are offered to platers for consideration and 48 references are appended at the end of this areicle.
