摘　　要：提出了一种新型的催化剂散装式催化精馏塔结构，并开发了两种新型的塔板。实验表明，这种新型催化精馏塔结构，催化剂装卸方便，不易泄漏。两种与其相适应的新型塔板效率高，压降小，特别适用于板间距较大的场合，具有较高的推广应用价值。A new type of catalytic distillation column is proposed,in which the catalyst is loaded loosely and easy to be replaced.Two new types of distillation plate structures are developed.Experimental results show that the new types of plate structures are featured by high plate efficiency and a low pressure drop.They are especially suitable to a situation that needs a larger plate spacing.
