奎硫平与阿普唑仑治疗失眠症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察奎硫平治疗失眠症的疗效和不良反应。方法将83例失眠症的患者随机分为奎硫平组和阿普唑仑组,治疗6周。采用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)于治疗前后评定临床疗效,用不良反应量表(TESS)于第4周评定治疗中出现的不良反应。结果治疗后,2组SRSS评分较治疗前均有显著降低(P<0.01),2组间SRSS评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),2组疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗4周时2组TESS评分比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),奎硫平组低于阿普唑仑组。结论奎硫平治疗失眠症疗效肯定,不良反应少,是治疗失眠症的可选药物。Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of quetiapine in treatment of patients with insomnia.Methods 83 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into quetiapine group（n=41）and alprazolam group（n=42）,taking quetiapine and alprazolam respectively for 6 weeks.Self-rating scale of sleep（SRSS） and trentment emergent symptom scale（TESS） were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects.Results The scores of SRSS of both groups significantly degreased after treatment（P〈0.01）.Both groups had significant effect,and showed no significantly statistical difference（P〉0.05）.The scores of two groups in TESS had significant statistical difference（P〈0.01）,quetiapine group was higher than alprazolam group.Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of quetiapine to treating insomnia is similar to that of alprazolam,but quetiapine has less side effects.Quetiapine is worth being used for treating insomnia.
