摘　　要：本文肯定了数字签名在技术上保证了电子文件的真实性、保密性、认证性的同时,从档案保管利用的视角,剖析了数字签名技术在保障电子档案长期安全方面的局限性,并提出了保证数字签名文件/档案长期可信的措施。The authors confirm that digital signature technology can ensure the authenticity, confidentiality and authentication for electronic records. However, the authors also analyze its limitation on electronic records long- term security from the view of archiving, and recommend the methods to ensure the long-term credibility of digital signature records.
