摘　　要：文章从语言学视角出发分析了电子文件管理元数据语法描述的标准化,指出当前电子文件管理元数据语法描述上所存在的基本问题,即缺少电子文件管理元数据的目标命名空间、缺乏对电子文件管理元数据语义要素的全面映射及模块化顶层设计,并针对这些基本问题提出了解决方案。最后,论文指出了电子文件管理元数据语法描述的局限性并提出了解决的途径。The paper first analyzes the standardization of syntactical description of electronic record management metadata from the aspect of linguistics. It then points out the basic problems that exist in syntactical description of current electronic record management metadata. That is, there lacks of target name space of electronic record management metadata, lacks of completely mapping to the semantic elements of electronic record management metadata and modularization in architecture design. Aiming at these basic problems, it puts forward some solutions. Finally, it indicates the limitations of the standardization of syntactical description of electronic record management metadata and brings forward channels of resolution.
