摘　　要：本文系统调查国际可移动文化遗产保护立法的基本情况,分析了国际上可移动文化遗产保护立法的复杂性,并从国际法在国内的适用、营造"金字塔"式国内法等方面提出了完善我国可移动文化遗产立法建设的途径。This paper analyzes the complexity of international legislations of movable cultural heritage by the investigation on documents, and then puts forward to some suggestions on how to strengthen the legislations of movable cultural heritage in China by the applying of international laws,, establishing the domestic laws as a form of Pyramid, etc.
