长沙市军队老年人群吸烟现况及其与动脉弹性和脂联素的关系

摘　　要：目的:了解长沙市军队老年人吸烟情况及其对动脉弹性和脂联素(APN)的影响。方法:从驻湘干休所、机关年度体检的4998名离退老干部中,对所有60岁以上的常住人口进行调查,其中资料完整的有4147人。采用日本产全自动动脉硬化测定仪同步记录同步臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV),以B超测定颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果:①4147人中,男性3466人,女性681人,共有吸烟者1572人,总吸烟率37.9%;男性吸烟1525人,吸烟率44.0%,女性吸烟47人,吸烟率6.9%,男性显著多于女性(P<0.01);.②吸烟者颈动脉硬化的发生率显著高于不吸烟组(31.7%:8.5%,P<0.05);③吸烟组baPWV显著快于不吸烟组[(1662±387)cm/s:(871±74)cm/s,P<0.01];④吸烟组APN水平明显低于不吸烟组[(6.94±2.95)mg/L:(12.61±4.20)mg/L,P<0.05]。结论:①长沙市军队老年人吸烟率较高,尤其是男性;②脂联素水平、动脉弹性、颈动脉粥样硬化的严重程度与吸烟有关,应鼓励戒烟。Objective： To survey the smoking situation and its influence on artery elasticity and level of adiponectin （APN） by aged soldier in Changsha. Methods： The smoking situation of 4147 aged soldiers in Changsha were investigated. The brachium ankle pulse wave velocity （baPWV） was detected by Japan arteriosclerosis automatic detector. The intima media thickness （IMT） was examined by sonarography. Results： （1） In 4 147 case, men was 3466 cases, women 681 cases. There were 1572 cases of smokers （37.9%）, in which men was 1525 cases （44.0%）, it was more than that of women （47 cases, 6.9%, P〈0.01）; （2） The incidence of carotid atherosclerosis in smokers was significantly higher than that of no-smokers （31.7% vs. 8.5%, P〈0.05） ; （3）The baPWV in smokers was significantly higher than that of no-smokers P （1662±387） cm/s vs. （871±74） cm/s, P%0.01]; （4） The APN level in smokers was significantly less than that of no-smokers [ （6.94±2.95） mg/L vs. （12.61±4.20） mg/L, P〈0.05]. Conclusion： （1） Smoking rates among aged soldiers in Changsha is high, especially men is more than; （2） Artery elasticity, carotid artery atherosclerosis severity and level of adiponectin are related to smoking, must encourage to stop smoke.
