摘　　要：本文选择乐山大佛世界遗产景区为案例,以社会冲突理论为指导,采用问卷调查和深度访谈方式,对遗产景区管理部门和社区居民的冲突进行实证研究。具体分析了其冲突的表现形式和引发冲突的原因,在此基础上提出了遗产景区管理部门和社区居民之冲突的控制措施。Heritage scenic spots have already become one of the centers of conflicts among the stakeholders,in which the conflict between the management agency and the local community residents attracts the greatest attention.Taking the heritage scenic spot of Leshan Giant Buddha as an example,this paper employs questionnaires and intensive interviews to analyze the clashes between them under the guidance of the theory of social conflicts.Emphasis of analysis is on the forms and causes of their conflicts.The paper finally comes up with the measures to control the conflicts between the management agency and local community residents.
