摘　　要：从国家能源战略的高度出发,以科学发展观为统筹,对引导研究生人才面向煤炭行业就业问题进行了分析和探讨。从国家、各级政府、高校,以及企业的层面提出了在高素质人才引进、培养和使用方面的建议。From the angle of national energy and resource strategy and on the basis of scientific outlook of development,an analysis and discussion are carried out on the problem of how to guide the postgraduates to have their employment in the coal industry.The authors of this paper also provide suggestions and recommendations for governments at all levels,universities and enterprises on how to attract,train and utilize human resources of higher quality.
