煤矿潮式喷射混凝土设备及综合技术研究

摘　　要：分析了我国潮式喷射混凝土喷射工艺和湿喷工艺的现状。针对我国煤矿潮式喷射混凝土支护存在的问题,提出了采用喷洒化学抑尘剂水溶液的方法强力抑制上料处粉尘和呼吸性粉尘;采用密封性能改进的喷射机加强尘源控制;采用轻便、高效捕尘器捕捉大颗粒粉尘和辅助除尘的技术改造方案。介绍了采用挤压泵喂料、压缩空气输送相结合的原理而研制成功的PS4J型湿式混凝土喷射机的原理、性能和设计特点,以及JD190-Ⅱ型单轴卧式混凝土搅拌机的性能和结构特点。This paper introduces the complete technology of wet type shotcreting technology for dust suppression and diminishing shotcreting material rebounding.The focus is laid on an account about the preliminary use of extruding pump for material feeding combined with compressed air transmission.This results in the development of type PS4J wet type shotcret machine as well as the type JD190-II single-axle horizontal concrete mixer that combines underground on-site concrete mixing to go simultaneously with shotcreting.The direct connection between wet shotcreter and mixer forms a complete set of equipment that avoids the process of secondary feeding of concrete which will otherwise be necessary.
