摘  要:本项目长期致力于我国重要药用植物成分结构与功能方面的基础研究,旨在揭示其控制疾病和生态适应性的科学内涵并为新药和新资源发现提供重要线索。采用现代波谱和色谱方法与国际公认的分子、细胞和动物水平的功能评价体系高效集成,深入系统地研究了220种传统用途明确且具自然竞争优势重要药用植物的内含物,揭示了它们的物质基础与作用特点,获得了大量重要科学数据。为将药用植物的资源优势及其相关知识积累及时转化成现代新药研究领域急需的新生长点进行了大量的研究工作。另外,植物不能主动逃避任何威胁,它们可能是靠有关成分来应对干旱、暴晒、昆虫和病菌攻击等多种挑战。本项目对如何有效地分析活性物质特殊性并揭示植物"生态适应力"与"成分"的关联性进行了长期不懈的研究,发现了大量有生物学功能和/或化学系统学意义的新成分,并阐明了相关化合物的光谱学规律和生物活性特点。此发现既揭示了这些植物的药用价值和化学系统学特征,又为重要成分的新来源研究提供了重要线索,积累了大量重要科学数据,对其它来源的天然产物研究具有广泛的参考价值。This project is concentrated on the long-term basic research of chemical composition and function of important medicinal plants in China,and was intended to reveal scientific connotation of its effect on disease control and ecoadaptability,and to provide important clues for the discovery of new resources.The components from 220 important medicinal plants with identified traditional usage and natural competitive advantage were studied thoroughly by modern spectral and chromatographic analysis with internationally recognized molecular,cellular and zoogenic functional assessment,and their material basis and action mechanism were revealed.This project focused on the transformation from the superiority of medicinal plant resources and relevant knowledge to modern new drug development with a lot of important scientific data.The plant could not escape from any threat in nature but to defend itself from the drought,hot sunshine and attack from inscects and pathogenic bacteria by some of its relevant components.This project carried out long-term research on the analysis of the specificity of active compounds to reveal the relevance between ecoadaptability and composition,and found many new compounds with biological founction or significant chemosystematics,and illuminated spectroscopy regularity and bioactivity feature of relevant compounds.These findings revealing the pharmaceutical value and chemosystematics of these plants,help to provide significant clues for the research on new resouces of important compounds,to accumulate a lot of scientific data,with contributions to the research of natural products from other resources.
