摘 要:针对变电站规划中初始站址对规划结果影响大的问题,提出了一种能自动寻找优良初始站址的简捷有效的新算法。首先,根据可能的变电站个数对规划区域进行冗余网格划分,并以各网格中心作为候选变电站初始站址;然后,基于变电站就近供电原则和舍弃小负载率变电站方法,动态减少变电站个数,找出对应不同变电站个数规划方案的初始站址;最后,引入距离权重因子以便考虑负荷分布不均对变电站负载率的影响,运用交替定位分配法求解各规划方案的站址和站容,并从中选择优化的变电站规划方案。算例表明所述方法可以稳定快速地得到合理的规划结果。In view of the significant impact of the initial substation site on the planning results for the substation planning, a new algorithm is proposed to automatically search rational initial substation sites. First, according to the possible number of substations, the planning region is meshed redundantly with the center of a grid as a candidate for the initial substation site. Then, the number of substations should be reduced one by one based on the principle that a substation should preferably be located near the load center and the method of discarding the smallest loading substation to find the initial substation sites for the cases of different substation numbers. The factor of distance weights is employed to balance the loading of individual substations. A method for alternation of substation locating and sizing is employed to find the size and location of potential cases, and the optimal one is selected from those cases to rationally avoid the local optimal solution. Numerical examples show that the proposed algorithm can stably and quickly yield better planning results.
