摘　　要：目的:改善唇腭裂患者心理状况,提高唇裂患者的生活质量。方法:对200例唇裂二期整复患者在住院期间进行心理干预。结果:156例患者能以自信、乐观的态度面对人生,其余患者的心理障碍也明显减少。结论:对唇裂二期整复患者进行心理干预是顺利开展手术,取得满意疗效的关键,在唇腭裂序列治疗中有着积极的作用。Objective To improve the mental status and enhance the live quality of cleft lip and palate patients.Method Total 200 patients with the secondary period correction of operated cleft lip were carried out psychological intervention.Results For 156 cases were more self-confident and optimistic,and the others psychological barrier lightened.Conclusion Psychological intervention on the patients with the secondary period correction of operated cleft lip takes positive effect.
