摘 要:以东农42和东农47为材料,采用盆栽方式,研究了不同生育时期分别增加强、弱UV-B辐射对大豆产量及其构成因子的影响。结果表明:开花期弱紫外辐射使东农42百粒重增加最多,满粒期强紫外辐射使其单株粒数和单株粒重增加,且增产效果显著;苗期弱紫外辐射使东农47单株粒数、单株粒重和产量增加,鼓粒期弱紫外辐射使其百粒重增加最多;但从开花期到成熟期一直进行强紫外辐射对东农42和东农47的产量和产量构成因子均有不利影响。The elevated UV-B radiation has some significant effects on soybean yield and quality.In this paper,the effects of increasing strong and weak UV-B radiation at soybean various growing stages on yield and yield components of soybean Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 47 were conducted in a pot experiment.The results showed that seed number per plant,seed weight per plant and yield of soybean Dongnong 47 were increased in the treatment of weak UV-B radiation at seedling stage,while 100-seed weight was greatly increased in the treatment of weak UV-B radiation during graining stage.For 100-seed weight of soybean Dongnong 42 was greatly increased in the treatment of strong UV-B radiation at flowering stage,seed number per plant,seed weight per plant and yield of soybean Dongnong 42 were also increased in the treatment of strong UV-B radiation during graining terminate stage,which yield increase reached the significant level,but the yield and yield components of soybean Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 47 were negatively affected in the treatment of intensive UV-B radiation during the flowering to mature period.
