摘　　要：目的:探讨罗格列酮对单纯肥胖高血压患者内皮功能的影响。方法:40例单纯肥胖高血压患者均口服降压药物(钙离子拮抗剂及利尿剂)控制血压,随机分为2组,治疗组口服罗格列酮4mg/d,分别测定两组服药前及服药后1个月的内皮素、C反应蛋白,空腹胰岛素水平。结果:治疗组高血压患者服药后1个月胰岛素水平、内皮素及C反应蛋白较服药前明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单纯肥胖高血压患者口服罗格列酮后内皮功能明显改善。Objective To study the influence of rosiglitazone on the endothelial function of the fat patients with essential hypertension. Method Forty fat patients with essential hypertension were divided into two groups：the control group was given standard anti-hyper-tensive medications,and the treatment group was given standard anti-hypertensive medications and rosiglitazone （ 4 mg/d）. At the begin and the end of one month,plasma insulin concentration,blood levels of endothelin 1 （ ET-1） and the concentration of CRP were detected in the two groups. Results Plasma insulin concentration,ET -1 and CRP were significantly decreased in the treatment group compared with pretreatment（ P 0. 05） ,also showed significant difference with the control group （ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Rosiglitazone can improve the endothelial function in fat patients with essential hypertension.
